1. Donations
- All donations made to Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation are final and non-refundable.
- If you believe a technical error or duplicate transaction has occurred, please notify us within 2 business days of the transaction date.
- Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds will be issued only if verified as a genuine error in 2 business days
2. Event Sponsorships
- In the event of a program or campaign cancellation initiated by us, any associated sponsorship amount may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed manually through the original payment method used.
